As I mentioned in my previous post, I completed a Professional Pastry and Bread Making Diploma at Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver this past summer. It was a life-changing experience and I honestly learned so much from the chefs there about styles of pastries and the proper techniques for execution of many many desserts.
